A new rumor is making the rounds online with regards to the WWE World Titles and some new designs that are in the pipeline.
According to a new report/rumor from Xero News, two new belts are being made and they will not be unified.
“There are 2 World Titles planned for the new belt designs” the site would claim earlier today on their social media. “There are No Plans to unify them into 1 belt.”
New WWE Titles
It’s worth noting that this rumour from Xero News is just that, a rumour, as we are unable to verify whether or not the report is legitimate at this time.
The discussion surrounding Roman Reigns and his unified World Championships has been ongoing for quite some time.
Some believe that he will be dropping one of the titles before WrestleMania next year, as USA Network apparently ‘demanded’ that a World Title be on WWE RAW.
It was expected by many that Drew McIntyre would win one of the titles during the Clash at the Castle event, but this wouldn’t be the case.
There’s no confirmation on what the company is planning at this point, but splitting the World Titles once again would certainly make sense.
