A brand new WWE Championship is reportedly expected to be making its way to the main roster in the very near future.
According to a recent/rumor from Xero News, it appears as though the company is considering bringing back the European title.
“There are some talks of a European Title Tournament for the Main Roster in the next few weeks” the site claimed on Twitter.
“If they go ahead with this The title will be an additional title on the Main roster until NXT Europe Launches Next Year” Xero concluded.

It’s worth noting that this rumor from Xero News is just that, a rumor, as we are unable to verify whether or not the report is legitimate at this time.
Bringing back the European title to then move it over to the NXT Europe brand is a pretty good move, as it builds some excitement for the title first before the new brand is created.
It is not confirmed when NXT Europe will be starting, but it is expected to be in early 2023, with a Takeover likely to kick things off.
