Former WWE NXT Superstar LA Knight appears to be making a return, and now we know when this could potentially be on SmackDown.
According to a new report/rumor from Xero News, it looks as though Knight could be making his main roster debut under that gimmick very soon.
“Season Premier of Smackdown about to become a good KNIGHT” the site claimed on Twitter earlier today.
The October 7th edition of the show from Worcester, MA is set to be the season premiere of the blue brand in 2022.

It’s worth noting that this rumor from Xero News is just that, a rumor, as we are unable to verify whether or not the report is legitimate at this time.
If this is the case, then it is more than welcome from us, as Knight was one of the highlights of NXT during his run on the show.
The former Eli Drake has always had ‘it’ when it comes to a main roster WWE Superstar, and it’s ridiculous that it has taken this long to get him on the main roster.
The Max Dupri gimmick was clearly a Vince McMahon call, so hopefully, when we finally get LA Knight on SmackDown he can truly shine.
It’s likely that Maximum Make Models will continue with Maxxine Dupri as the manager as the group, but this has not officially been confirmed as of yet.
