WWE Royal Rumble 2023: Huge match still rumored

Last updated

The WWE Royal Rumble 2023 is only a few weeks away, and a highly-anticipated rumored match is still set to take place.

According to a new report/rumor from Xero News, the previously rumored match between Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens is still set to take place.

“Some Rumble News: One thing I had heard, is not to expect Flair vs. Rousey at Royal Rumble, Alexa vs Bianca rematch is possible but undecided on, as of yet. Reigns vs. Owens is still planned for the PPV I was told” the site claimed on Twitter.

WWE Royal Rumble 2023 Rumors

It’s worth noting that this rumor from Xero News is just that, a rumor, as we are unable to verify whether or not the report is legitimate at this time.

We’ve heard rumors regarding the match for some time, at times with a Hell in a Cell gimmick also attached to it.

That no longer looks to be the case, as it is now believed that Edge vs Finn Balor will be inside the HIAC structure, but Reigns vs Owens should still at least be taking place.

There is a good chance that WWE pulls the trigger on the Sami Zayn face turn during this match, but we will have to wait and see on that.
