Sonya Deville wanted to “fight” Charlotte Flair at WWE SmackDown

Last updated

WWE Superstar Sonya Deville was reportedly so incensed at the situation backstage at WWE SmackDown last week that she wanted to “fight” Charlotte Flair.

There was a confrontation backstage following the Championship switch segment between Becky Lynch and Flair as both women were not happy with how the other behaved during the segment.

PWInsider confirmed that Sonya Deville was livid with Flair and wanted to attack her at one point before the situation cooled down.

“The Lynch confrontation took place in the gorilla position in full view of Vince McMahon and Bruce Prichard, among others and received the lion’s share of attention initially, but Lynch was not the only person upset with Flair.  Two different sources described Sonya Deville as ‘mad enough to want to fight Flair’ and at one point, also having an argument with Flair backstage at Smackdown.”
