There is a major change coming to the WWE Survivor Series event for the 2022 iteration, on top of the massive WarGames announcement.

It was recently revealed by Triple H in an interview with The Ringer that the company would be bringing the match gimmick to the main roster.

The Game also revealed during the interview that there was going to be a big difference in this year’s version of the event compared to previous years.

WWE Survivor Series 2022 RAW vs SmackDown

‘The tradition of the Survivor Series has ebbed and flowed and changed slightly over time, but this will be similar to that” Triple H revealed to The Ringer.

“This will not be Raw versus SmackDown. It will be much more storyline driven” HHH added, noting the big change to the format compared to recent years.

Fans will probably be happy to hear that there will no longer be the RAW vs SmackDown element of the show, as this has felt quite pointless in recent years.
