It was recently reported that UFC’s parent company Endeavor were likely to announce their purchase of WWE this week, but could they keep Triple H?

According to an update from Fightful Select, there are those in the company that are very impressed with what The Game has done over the past 6 months or so in charge of the company’s on-screen direction.

“As of Sunday, plans called for Vince McMahon to remain with WWE as executive chairman, Nick Khan to remain as president of the wrestling side of things, and Ari Emanuel and Mark Shapiro to get involved”, the site revealed on its Patreon subscription service.

“Thus far, we haven’t heard an update regarding the creative aspects and how Triple H would remain involved. However, we did speak with Endeavor sources who indicated a trust in what they’ve seen out of him, and a general respect for the work Stephanie McMahon did before leaving,” Fightful added.

Triple H WWE UFC Purchase

It is looking like Hunter may well remain in charge of the company’s creative going forward, but with Vince McMahon likely to remain on as Executive Chairman, will he REALLY be in charge?

We’re going to have to find out more on this as and when Endeavor actually reveals that they have in fact purchased the company, which is expected to be at some point w/c April 3rd 2023.
