WWE has seen some major changes in top leadership over the last month. As Vince McMahon returned to his position of the chairman of the board, Stephanie McMahon resigned from all her roles in the company.
While Triple H is still the chief content officer, his future post the proposed sale is also in question.
During a recent appearance on Busted Open Radio (H/t WrestlingInc), former WWE star Summer Rae commented on the future of both Stephanie and Triple H. When asked if any of them could start their own promotion in future, Rae said that McMahon has different aspirations:
‘Hunter might. I feel like Stephanie has aspirations to do other things. She’s so smart in the business world, but also like her imprint and the things she’s been doing in the office behind the scenes.’
Could Triple H start his own promotion?
Summer Rae explained that Stephanie has always positioned herself to be like her mother. She could pursue a career in politics in future:
‘I felt like she was positioning herself always to be on the Board of WWE but also to be more like her mother. Do more politics and do different stuff that’s like a bigger representation of women in business, and be like a brand for WWE.’
