Trish Stratus reacts to BOTCH from WWE RAW

WWE Hall of Famer, Trish Stratus, recently found herself at the centre of a rather amusing incident during Monday Night Raw on August 28th.

The episode witnessed not one, but two chair-related blunders that have since become the talk of the wrestling community.

The first of these incidents involved Drew McIntyre, who, in a moment of heightened drama, threw a desk chair at Xavier Woods. However, it was the second mishap that caught everyone’s attention. Trish Stratus, in what can only be described as a botched move, accidentally hurled a steel chair right at Zoey Stark’s face.

Xavier Woods, despite being announced as injured by WWE, showcased his sense of humour by creating a short video that combined both chair incidents. He set this video to the rhythm of Gwen Stefani’s 2005 hit, ‘Hollaback Girl’. It’s evident that Woods is in high spirits, using humour to deal with the situation.

Trish Stratus Speaks Out

The video, especially the part highlighting Trish’s error, prompted a response from the seven-time women’s champion.

Taking to Twitter, Stratus humorously suggested that perhaps the real issue lay with those on the receiving end of the flying chairs.

She quipped that maybe they should be more aware of their surroundings. Her tweet read: “@DMcIntyreWWE !! GET THE CHAIRS!! Maybe some people need to be more aware of their surroundings…”

The Ongoing Rivalry

Beyond the chair incidents, there’s a bigger storyline unfolding. Trish Stratus and Becky Lynch have been at odds for over four months.

Their intense rivalry is set to culminate at WWE Payback on Saturday, September 2, where they’ll face off in a steel cage match.

While there’s been speculation about Stratus possibly concluding her latest WWE stint post this event in Pittsburgh, she hinted otherwise.

A recent Instagram post by the self-proclaimed GOAT suggests that she might have more in store for her fans.
