WWE owner Vince McMahon has been the subject of much talk over the past few months, but was he actually backstage at WWE RAW this week?
There have been back and forth rumors regarding McMahon and how he has been acting backstage in terms of creative recently since the announcement of the Endeavor purchase.
McMahon has been seen in gorilla position recently for certain shows, and it’s been debated just how much input he truly has with the show these days.
Was Vince McMahon backstage at WWE RAW this week?
According to a new report from Fightful Select, McMahon was in fact not backstage at the show this week.
“Vince McMahon was not at this week’s Raw” was what the subscription-based service reported as part of their recent RAW backstage report.
It remains to be seen just how much McMahon will be involved in programming going forward, however there will likely be more permanent changes when the UFC/WWE merger takes place officially later this year.
