USA Network is reportedly ‘really happy’ with a change that has come to WWE in the past couple of days following Vince McMahon’s retirement.
According to a new report from PWInsider, the television partner of WWE are really happy that Triple H has taken over creative control.
The site noted: “The USA Network seems to be really happy with Paul Levesque taking over as the head of Creative for WWE.”
Triple H keeping USA Network happy
Triple H has of course been the Head of Creative for WWE NXT in the past, with the show having a modest run on USA Network.
NXT would eventually have to be moved to Tuesdays after failing to really compete with AEW Dynamite, but USA kind of knows what ‘The Game’ will be bringing.
There had been some speculation that external companies would be concerned with Vince McMahon retiring. As of writing, that does not appear to be the case, at least publicly.
WWE stock actually went up by 8% following the news that Triple H was taking over control of Creative and Talent Relations. This is a massive boon for the man who is now in charge and a good indication of how those behind the scenes feel about the situation.
