Former WWE writer and WCW President Vince Russo has dismissed claims that he has been “begging” WWE for a job recently.
Russo recently claimed that McMahon has been asking him for feedback on the current product. Ringside News had a very different take on the situation.
‘We were told that Vince McMahon didn’t want Russo to watch anything, let alone take a consultant gig. In fact, a tenured member of the team told us exactly what is going on with Russo and WWE. It seems to be 100% a one-sided situation’ RSN revealed.

Russo has now clapped back at Ringside News, tweeting that the claims that he has been trying to get back into WWE are completely false.
‘100% LIE-NEVER said I was offered a job as a Consultant because-I NEVER WAS,” Russo said to Steve Carrier of RSN.
“Provide that clip-you Hack. I haven’t worked for WWE in 23 YEARS. Who am I calling-I don’t talk to 1 PERSON there.
“What trash. U should be ashamed. This is why you’re nothing but a GLORIFIED FAN- U MARK” the former WCW President concluded.
