WWE Backlash 2023 is the next Premium Live Event set to take place on the Peacock streaming service, but what is the main event?
One of our sources has indicated that Cody Rhodes versus Brock Lesnar is currently slotted in to be the main event of the show, which shouldn’t come as a shock to anyone.
Brock attacked Cody on the RAW after Mania, which led to Cody demanding that Lesnar face him at the WWE Backlash event.

There is always a chance that this may change, but a match the scale of Lesnar vs Rhodes is more than worthy of being the main event of the Premium Live Event.
Roman Reigns is likely to be sitting out the event, so there really isn’t any other match likely to be taking place that will be able to top Rhodes vs Lesnar.
We’ll hopefully be able to get more information on this in the coming weeks, but it would be considered a pretty major shock if this DIDN’T end up being the main event of the card.
