WWE COVID-19 update: issues behind the scenes

WWE is reportedly having some major issues behind the scenes with COVID-19 testing and positive results for talent and crew over the past few weeks.

According to a recent report from PWInsider, WWE are “dealing with all the same issues that Broadway and sports leagues have dealt with in recent weeks and it’s not anything that could have been avoided, as they have been regularly testing talents before allowing them into venues.”

WWE are also hoping that the talents who test positive this week will still be able to appear at the WWE Day 1 PPV event as it is far enough away.

If a talent tests positive on the 22nd, 23rd or 24th, they should hopefully be fine to still appear on the PPV event that takes place on Saturday January 1st.
