WWE Day 1: Several pitches were rejected ahead of event

The WWE Day 1 PPV event took place this weekend, and according to a recent report several of the pitches that were given to WWE management ahead of the event were rejected.

WrestleVotes recently revealed that a ton of ideas were given to WWE management ahead of the event in terms of changing up the look of the product.

“In coordination w/ the Day 1 theme, multiple presentation ideas were discussed regarding the look & feel of tomorrow’s PPV” WrestleVotes noted.

“Everything from different rope colours, mat colours, camera angles etc and from what I’m told ALL were declined. Sheesh” WrestleVotes concluded.

WWE Day 1 Concepts Rejected

RAW is broadcast each and every Monday night, and fans in the United Kingdom can watch the show with a monthly BT Sport subscription.

SmackDown is also available on BT Sport every Friday; again for fans who are subscribed to the monthly service that can sometimes be bundled with BT Broadband.

NXT 2.0 and WWE NXT UK are available to watch on Tuesdays and Thursdays respectively on WWE Network in the United Kingdom. The shows are also available on Peacock in the United States.
