WWE Fastlane 2023 took place tonight from the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana, but what actually happened on the show?

The company had confirmed a number of big-time bouts for the show over the past few weeks, including the return of John Cena to a Premium Live Event.

There were also rumours of a former Ruthless Aggression era Superstar making a dramatic return on the show, as well as Shinsuke Nakamura looking to dethrone Seth Rollins of his World Heavyweight Championship.

  • Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship match: Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso b. Damian Priest and Finn Balor (c) – NEW CHAMPS!!! Cody hit the CrossRhodes on Balor for the win after JD McDonagh accidentally attacked Priest on the outside
  • LWO (Rey Mysterio, Santos Escobar and Carlito b. Bobby Lashley and The Street Profits – The LWO win after CARLITO RETURNS!!!
  • WWE Women’s Championship match: IYO SKY (c) b. Asuka and Charlotte Flair – SKY took the win after hitting a moonsault on Flair who had Asuka in the Figure 8
  • John Cena and LA Knight b. The Bloodline (Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa) – LA Knight hit the BFT on Jimmy Uso to take the win for his team
  • Last Man Standing match for the World Heavyweight Championship: Seth Rollins (c) b. Shinsuke Nakamura – Rollins took the win to retain his title
