The new version of the WWE NXT brand appears to finally have a new name, at least according to a recent trademark filing.
As confirmed in a new trademark filing from the USPTO, it appears as though the company has trademarked the terms NXT Europe and NXT Global.
Both names were filed on the same day, September 16th, and it is looking like NXT Global could be the new name of the ‘full fat’ version of the brand.

This is also good news for fans who were hoping for NXT Europe to go ahead in 2023, following the news that NXT UK was being dissolved earlier this year.
There is currently no confirmation on when the European brand will be making its debut, but we’re expecting that it could be sometime in early to mid-2023.
We will update you when we hear more on the creation of NXT Europe and when the company could be bringing it to fans live and on television.
