Edge Declares for WWE Men’s Royal Rumble 2021

Last updated

WWE Superstar Edge has confirmed that he will be entering the Men’s Royal Rumble match this Sunday.

The Rated R Superstar appeared in a pre-taped promo on Monday Night RAW this week and confirmed that he will be joining the 30-man match.

Edge of course made his return to WWE at last year’s Rumble event. The former World Heavyweight Champion appeared as a surprise entrant; confirming the neck injury that took him out of action for nearly ten years was at a point where he could again compete.

Edge Returns

The Rated R Superstar has not been in a WWE ring since Backlash 2020. That match was billed as The Greatest Wrestling Match Ever and saw Edge take on Randy Orton. The bout took place at WWE’s Performance Center, meaning that this Sunday will be Edge’s first appearance in the ThunderDome.
