WWE’s NXT roster is reportedly set to get a little bit lighter in the coming weeks. After Rik Boogz made his debut on this past week’s SmackDown, it is now being reported that more NXT Superstars will be ‘moving up’ to the main roster.
Fightful Select has said that there are more call ups planned in the near future. ‘Fightful has been informed that there are plans for additional call-ups to Raw and SmackDown, including talent from both NXT and NXT UK” was what the recent report mentioned.
There’s currently no confirmation on exactly who will be brought up, or from which brand. NXT UK is an interesting anomaly in WWE right now. The brand isn’t mentioned too much on the ‘main roster’ programming and seems to be in its own little bubble.
NXT and UK Call Ups?
There are of course some very talented individuals on the UK roster who would be more than capable of a move over to the United States and a run on the WWE ‘main roster.’
