Radio personality and host of the Cheap Heat podcast Peter Rosenburg won the WWE 24/7 Championship at the Royal Rumble 2021 PPV.

Rosenburg rolled up previous Champion R-Truth after distracting him by saying that John Cena was in the building. Peter Rosenburg hit a low blow on Truth and won the belt.

Earlier in the night, R-Truth lost and regained the belt during the Women’s Royal Rumble match. Truth appeared during the match in one of his ‘my bad’ segments, saying he appeared in the wrong Rumble match.

Several lower card Superstars appeared and Alicia Fox, who was in the Rumble match, helped R-Truth before then rolling him up to take the belt. Truth won the belt back just after Fox was eliminated from the Rumble match.
