WWE Superstar and sure-fire Hall of Famer Jeff Hardy has been used on television in an interesting way over the past few months. On the latest episode of WWE Main Event, Hardy took a loss against a returning Jinder Mahal.

Whilst Jinder might be in WWE’s longer term plans, some viewers have questioned why WWE have ‘jobbed out’ Hardy recently when he was anticipated to get at least one more run at a top singles title. This has meant that fans have questioned when Jeff Hardy’s WWE contract is due, believing it to be in the near future.

Jeff Hardy Contract Status

In a new report from PWInsider, WWE signed Jeff Hardy to a new deal back in 2020. The former WWE Champion signed a deal for 2-3 years, so the belief is that Hardy has at least another year on his deal if not 2.

There had been rumors of Hardy and a potential reunion with his brother Matt in AEW. These however appear to just be baseless speculation and Jeff Hardy will be remaining with WWE for the time being.
