Former WWE Superstar and new AEW name Bryan Danielson referred to his former employees whilst turning heel on this week’s episode of AEW Dynamite.

The American Dragon is the #1 contender to Adam Page’s AEW Championship, and the former WWE Champion discussed this in a segment on the show.

‘Apparently, cowboy s*** doesn’t involve wrestling,’ Danielson said on the programme. ‘I’m out here wrestling every week and you’re just out here flappin’ your gums.

“Hey, some people celebrate like that! When I won the World Championship at WrestleMania, I wrestled the very next day. I wrestled the very next day” Danielson added.

“Of course, Virginia boos hard work” Danielson would conclude when the crowd in attendance booed him heavily for referencing WWE in his promo.
