CM Punk caused an absolutely massive stir with his AEW All Out 2022 Media Scrum, but what has Tony Khan said about subsequent appearances?

Punk faced Satoshi Kojima on the AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2 card, with the former WWE Champion being booed heavily by the crowd in Canada.

Speaking at the post-show Media Scrum, Tony Khan revealed that he would be happy to welcome Punk back for Media Scrums in future, despite the tumultuous nature of his last one in 2022.

Khan said that Punk was a “positive influence on the company” and that he would be more than happy to invite him to speak to the media at future scrums.

Getting the former AEW Champion back on All Elite programming has been a big boon for the company, as the AEW Collision show started strong with a difficult Saturday night slot.

It remains to be seen just how long Punk and Khan are able to work harmoniously, but hopefully, this relationship stays strong for some time going forward.
