CM Punk wins the AEW World Championship at ALL OUT

All Elite Wrestling star CM Punk won back the AEW World Championship in the main event of ALL OUT this weekend from Chicago, Illinois.

Punk of course lost the belt recently to Jon Moxley on AEW Dynamite, and the rematch for this PPV was made official on the most recent episode of said show.

It was a wild night of action, and as expected, Punk entered the ring with the Chicago crowd firmly in his corner whilst Moxley got booed.

Chicago wasn’t quite near the level of Money in the Bank 2011 when he faced John Cena, but they certainly were rambunctious.

Punk had Mox reeling pretty early in the match, getting an extremely close two count after hitting a massive GTS to the then-AEW champ.

After a hellacious bout, Punk would take the win with two hits of the GTS!
