UFC Heavyweight contender Francis Ngannou will be taking on Stipe Miocic at UFC 260 later this month. The tenured fighter recently revealed that he has been working hard on his wrestling to counteract the ability of Miocic. In their first fight, Miocic used his supreme takedown abilities to dominate Ngannou and take the win via decision.
Francis Ngannou confirmed during his UFC 260 Fight Camp vlog that Kamaru Usman will be joining him cageside. The Welterweight Champion has apparently been helping Ngannou with the aforementioned wrestling aspect of his fight game.
‘Yeah, so Kamaru Usman’s gonna be in my corner for this fight” Ngannou revealed on the Fight Camp vlog. “So it’s good having him here, helping me out for the fight, by this time you need everything. Basically, he is gonna be in my corner and it’s good for him to train where I am and to bring his own asset into the game.”

“This is a very decisive moment leading up to the fight” Ngannou continued. “So it is very important to engage with him. He’s gonna be in my corner basically helping me with my wrestling, which is great. So yeah, it’s good.”
Francis Ngannou heads into this title fight with a four fight win streak under his belt. Ngannou’s last fight came back in May 2020 at UFC 249, where he KO’d Jairzinho Rozenstruik in 20 seconds.
