Hulk Hogan was born on August 11, 1953, in Augusta, Georgia. He is a professional wrestler and actor. Hogan is best known for his time in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), where he held the world championship six times. He also had a lengthy career in World Championship Wrestling (WCW).

Hogan began his professional wrestling career in the late 1970s in the American Wrestling Association (AWA), where he held multiple championships. In 1983, he signed with WWE and became one of the biggest stars in the company’s history. Hogan was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2005.

After leaving WWE in 2007, Hogan began working for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), where he was regarded as the GM of the company. In 2012, Hogan was released from TNA and would eventually make his way back to WWE.
