Logan Paul earned the respect of a lot of fans with his SummerSlam performance against The Miz. It appears, however, that this is going to be his last WWE appearance for a while.
Dave Meltzer commented on the future of the YouTube star in Wrestling Observer Newsletter. He noted that Paul will be focusing on his proposed boxing match later this year. As a consequence, he won’t be returning to WWE anytime soon:
“Logan Paul won’t be doing WWE again soon as he’s concentrating now on a proposed boxing match in December.”
An opponent for Logan Paul’s next boxing encounter hasn’t been chosen yet. During a recent interview on Pat McAfee’s Show (H/t MMAMania), the influencer said that he had some people in mind but he couldn’t reveal any names. Paul claimed that he wanted to make the moment big:
‘I’m a boxer again. We’re getting back in the ring. We’re going to go from professional sport to professional sport. I want to get a fight in December. I have some people in mind, but I can’t say. You know you only get one first impression. That’s part of my ability to make moments. I like making first impressions big, so I want to wait until we’re ready.’
