Former WWE Superstar and All Elite Wrestling star Toni Storm recently revealed a nixed WWE love triangle angle she was pitched.
Speaking on the Talk Is Jericho podcast; Storm revealed that the company wanted her to be presented on the main roster in an interesting way.
‘They put me in a debut match. That seemed to go well. It seemed like something was going to happen and nothing really did,’ Storm would begin.

‘There were bits and pieces here and there. Like, ’˜Oh, you’re in love with Rick Boogs and the love triangle with Dolph Ziggler.’
“And that never really went anywhere. Just bits and pieces here and there” Storm revealed.
‘And then I was working with Charlotte and stuff seemed to be picking up from there, but then, with a lot of contributing factors, kind of just led to me saying, ’˜You know what? I can’t f*cking do this anymore. I need to change my life because, to be honest, I’m so depressed here.'”
The former PROGRESS and NXT UK Women’s Champion would end up walking out of the company whilst in an angle with Charlotte Flair.
Whilst some appeared to question her reasoning at the time, she appears to be a lot happier in All Elite Wrestling.
