WWE legend talks Gable Steveson and his prospects in the company

Former WWE Superstar Charlie Haas recently appeared on the It’s My Wrestling podcast. The former World’s Greatest Tag Team member discussed several topics on the show, including new WWE signee Gable Steveson.

“The good thing is he’s been a fan his whole life” Haas began, praising the Olympic gold medallist. “He went to the University of Minnesota because Brock and Shelton went there and if you’re a heavyweight you go there to become a national champion.

“Brock won the national title. Gable won the national title. I think Gable Steveson will do well because he’s a fan, he is very well-spoken and man, he’s athletic as all hell, he can pull out a standing backflip” Haas added. “He’s got the work ethic too, and he’s a big guy.”

Gable Steveson was drafted to WWE RAW at the WWE Draft 2021 event, however, he isn’t expected to be making his debut until 2022.

It is believed that WWE want Steveson to debut at WrestleMania in Dallas, Texas in 2022.
