WWE SmackDown Women’s Champion Becky Lynch made her return to the company back at SummerSlam 2021, but she almost didn’t return to WWE.
The ‘Man’ recently revealed that she was only about 60% sure that she would be making a return to the company following the birth of her daughter Roux in December 2020.
Lynch revealed this on an episode of Ryan Satin’s Out of Character podcast, saying “I was probably 60% I was going to come back, but there is that 40%.
“I don’t know how I’m going to be as a mother. So I know how I am as a single woman with no other real priority, but as a mom and as a person in charge of a tiny being? I didn’t know how I was going to be and if it was going to change me so much that I would be like, ‘You know what, maybe I just want to be at home now'” Becky Lynch continued.
“I do not want to be at home. As soon as I gave birth, I shouldn’t have done it, you’re not supposed to do it, but I was doing yoga three days later and I was in the gym a week later” the SmackDown Women’s Champion revealed.
