WWE Superstar Kofi Kingston appeared to be hurt during this week’s episode of WWE SmackDown, and it appears to be a legitimate injury.
One of our sources has indicated that the former WWE Champion’s arm is injured, and whilst it has yet to be fully assessed (as of writing), it is expected to be a lengthy injury.
Kingston is set to be part of the 5-man Intercontinental Championship #1 contender’s match on next week’s episode of the show.
Kofi Kingston injured
Whilst we do not currently know whether he will still be part of that match or not, there has apparently already been talks of a replacement.
In terms of a timeframe, we do not currently know how long The New Day member will be out of action for, but from what we’re being told, it could be quite some time.
While “quite some time” is a bit vague and we don’t want to give incorrect information, from what we’re being told, it could be anywhere from 2 to 8 months on the sidelines for Kingston.
Again, we can’t completely confirm this as he has apparently yet to be assessed fully. If Kofi is out for a while then all of our best to him and hopefully he can get healed up quickly and back on television as soon as possible.
