A number of top names can miss the upcoming WWE Crown Jewel special.

Crown Jewel 2023 will be the next event in the partnership of WWE and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It will take place on November 4 from the Mohammed Abdu Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

These shows are usually packed to the brim with as many big names as the promotion can fit into the card. Things may change this year, however, as the company has booked a live event on the same night as the PPV show.

WWE Crown Jewel May Not Feature Some Top Names

A triple threat main event between Ricochet, Shinsuke Nakamura and Gunther is currently being advertised for this show from Rochester, NY. Other names advertised for this show include Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair and more:

“Double main event! Ricochet vs Shinsuke Nakamura vs Intercontinental Champion “The Ring General” Gunther! NXT Women’s Champion Becky Lynch vs Tiffany Stratton! Charlotte Flair vs. WWE Women’s Champion Iyo Sky! Carlito, Grayson Waller, Kofi Kingston, The Street Profits, The Brawling Brutes, Omos, and many more!”

The two matches that have been announced for Crown Jewel are Seth Rollins vs Drew McIntyre for the World Heavyweight Championship and a Fatal Five Way where Rhea Ripley will defend her Women’s Championship.

The card can obviously change and the company can book the names advertised for the Live Event on Crown Jewel instead. As long as the event is not cancelled, the roster is expected to be split two ways on the night of the show.
