The main event saw Roman Reigns defending his WWE Undisputed Universal Championship against Sami Zayn in what was easily the biggest match of the Montreal native Zayn’s career.

- Elimination Chamber match for a shot at the WWE RAW Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 39: Asuka b. Liv Morgan, Nikki Cross, Raquel Rodriguez, Natalya and Carmella - Asuka submits Carmella and is now heading to WrestleMania for a date with Bianca Belair
- Bobby Lashley b. Brock Lesnar - Lashley took the win via DQ when Lesnar couldn’t get out of the Hurt Lock and he low blowed Bobby
- Mixed Tag Team Match: Edge & Beth Phoenix b. Finn Balor & Rhea Ripley - Edge and Phoenix took the win after hitting a Shatter Machine on Balor
- Elimination Chamber match for the WWE United States Championship: Austin Theory (c) vs Seth Rollins vs Montez Ford vs Damian Priest vs Johnny Gargano vs Bronson Reed - Logan Paul appeared and attacked Seth Rollins, giving Austin Theory the chance to retain his title after hitting A Town Down
- Undisputed WWE Universal Championship Match: Roman Reigns (c) vs Sami Zayn
