It is being reported that Shane McMahon is being considered for a WrestleMania match this April. The two-night event takes place on April 10th/11th. WWE will be looking to stack both nights with the biggest matches possible.

The main event Championship matches appear to be confirmed on the SmackDown side, and RAW are likely to have either Bobby Lashley, Drew McIntyre or Brock Lesnar involved somehow. The reports of a McMahon match on top of this could be an extra bit of intrigue for potential ‘causal’ viewers watching on the Peacock Network.

eWrestlingNews recently reported that Shane McMahon is being slated for a match against Braun Strowman at the Showcase of The Immortals. The storyline between the two men has been slowly brewing over the past few weeks and apparently it will culminate at a match in Raymond James Stadium.

There’s nothing official regarding a Shane McMahon match at WrestleMania; however WWE have confirmed that Strowman will be confronting the WWE official on this coming Monday’s episode of RAW:

Braun Strowman demands an apology from Shane McMahon

“Braun Strowman is one angry monster, and he wants answers. The Monster Among Men feels like Shane McMahon has been out to get him in recent weeks. From excluding him from the Elimination Chamber Match, to not automatically giving him a WWE Championship opportunity, Strowman has some gripes with Shane McMahon.

Will Shane McMahon grant Braun Strowman’s demand and issue an apology to The Monster Among Men? Find out this Monday on Raw live at 8/7 C on USA Network!”
