Former WWE Superstar Cesaro made his All Elite Wrestling debut tonight at the Forbidden Door PPV event from Chicago, Illinois.

Cesaro, going under his original indie name Claudio Castagnoli, faced Zack Sabre Jr as the replacement for Bryan Danielson.

Two pretty major names on the WWE roster took to social media to react to their former colleague debuting tonight, namely Becky Lynch and Xavier Woods.

Cesaro Debuts

Lynch would tweet: “.@ClaudioCSRO Yessssssssssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!” and to make sure there was no ambiguity, she would also post an image of the former WWE Superstar during his AEW debut.

Woods would simply tweet: “LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.”

It’s unlikely that Lynch will get any backlash from WWE for the tweets, as she is one of the biggest stars on the roster.

Woods’ tweet was a little bit more ambiguous, so again he will likely not get any heat backstage for reacting to the debut. Still, we’ve seen it happen before.

The former WWE Superstar had a great match at the PPV, and he is set to be part of the Blood & Guts event this Wednesday.

Claudio will be joining his heated rival Eddie Kingston in the match, so that will certainly be an interesting dynamic on TBS this week.
