WWE NXT Superstar Carmelo Hayes appeared to draw a very strong rating on this week’s episode of the show on USA Network.

The former North American Champion appeared in a segment with Booker T and Wes Lee to officially sign a rematch for the title.

Wrestlenomics recently released the quarter-hour ratings for the Tuesday, November 15th episode of the show, and it appeared to be good reading for the aforementioned segment.

Carmelo Hayes gets a massive rating on NXT

The segment took place in the 6th quarter-hour of the night and drew an average of 694,000 viewers with a 0.19 in the 18-49 demographic.

In the quarter-hour beforehand, the show drew 657,000 viewers and a 0.15 in the 18-49 demo, meaning that the Hayes, Booker and Wes Lee segment was up 6% quarter to quarter.

The 15-minute span also featured a match between Brooks & Jenson vs The Dyad, but that match ran over to the next 15 minutes and saw the show lose 9% of the viewership.

Whilst you can never guarantee who or what drew the rating, it’s pretty clear that Hayes, Lee and Booker T were the draw when it comes to those quarter to quarter ratings.
