A former WWE Superstar and IMPACT Knockout has revealed that she was due to feud with Becky Lynch before the storyline was scrapped.

Whilst speaking to Captain’s Corner on Facebook, Tenille Dashwood/Emma revealed that she was meant to feud with the current RAW Women’s Champion.

“I feel like I worked with everyone that was there when I was. You know what, we were supposed to have a feud, Becky Lynch and I that we never really got to finish or it barely even got started, honestly” Dashwood began.

“That was unfortunate because I think it would have been pretty damn good. I would have kicked her ass too, obviously, but it didn’t happen, unfortunately” Dashwood concluded.

There doesn’t appear to be any obvious reason why WWE did not go through with the storyline. Lynch is of course one of the biggest Women’s Superstars of the past decade, and this could’ve been a major angle for Emma at the time.

Becky Lynch will of course be defending her RAW Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 38 Night 1 against Bianca Belair.

Tenille Dashwood is a regular on IMPACT Wrestling and is currently in a group alongside Madison Rayne called The Influence. The team recently won the IMPACT Knockouts Tag Team Championships from fellow former WWE Superstars The IInspiration.
