A former WWE NXT Champion has teased a potential return to the company following the retirement of Vince McMahon and Triple H taking over creative.
Killer Kross, formerly Karrion Kross in NXT, posted a cryptic tweet which seemed to possibly indicate a return to the company.
The two-time NXT Champion posted a picture of himself and his wife Scarlett Bordeaux with an hourglass emoji as the caption.
NXT Champion Returning to WWE?
The hourglass was notable as this was a big part of the presentation of both Kross and Scarlett when they were in Black and Gold brand.
Triple H was clearly a big fan of the former IMPACT Wrestling star, so it would certainly make sense for him to make a return.
Kross had a very lacklustre move up to the main roster before eventually being released. It was so terrible that he has commented on it since leaving, but could that change with a return under Triple H?
