WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle recently revealed that he wants to make a huge return to the company for a heel run with a RAW Superstar.
Speaking on The Kurt Angle Show podcast, the Olympic Gold Medallist revealed that he would love to return alongside Chad Gable on Monday nights.
‘I would love to be a heel with Chad Gable [because] he’s so entertaining. The two of us together would be unstoppable” Angle noted when asked about a potential return to the company.

Although Angle would love to return as a heel, he admits that it would be difficult for his character to be portrayed that way in 2023.
‘When you get older, people start having sympathy for you and they wanna cheer you on, they want you to win and it’s really hard to turn heel later on in your career” Angle mentioned.
‘Like Undertaker…look at him, he has so much respect. ‘Taker’s been in the company for 30 years and all his accomplishments. You know how hard it would be for Undertaker to be a heel right now? It’s almost impossible and I think I’m comparable to that” Angle concluded.
Could we see Angle back in a role with Gable? It’s certainly not out of the question.
