A huge name has been rumored to be the final competitor in the WWE Survivor Series WarGames match featuring the Women’s division.

According to a new report from Fightful Select, the company has been discussing the idea of bringing back Becky Lynch to join Bianca Belair, Asuka, Alexa Bliss and Mia Yim.

“Fightful Select has learned that as of last week at least, former WWE Women’s Champion and WrestleMania main eventer Becky Lynch was expected to be back soon” the site began.

WWE WarGames Surprise

“Becky sustained a separated shoulder at Summerslam in July and has been out of action since. WWE were very happy they could avoid surgery, but word was that she wouldn’t be able to resume any in-ring training in any capacity until October at the least.

“In addition, Fightful Select was told that Lynch was discussed and planned as the fifth partner in the Survivor Series WarGames match that has been speculated for quite some time. As is often the case in pro wrestling, creative plans can absolutely change” the site concluded.

It remains to be seen whether Lynch will actually be returning this weekend to join her former rival Bianca Belair, but it would be a massive way to bring her back to WWE programming after her injury at SummerSlam.
