WWE RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch was recently injured and could not perform due to a fractured voicebox at a WWE live event.

Lynch originally updated fans on social media, noting that it was Bianca Belair who damaged her throat and voicebox during a match.

In an update to Lynch’s status, she is now back wrestling. Lynch took part in a handicap match over the weekend at a WWE live event, which appears to indicate that she will be back full-time ahead of WrestleMania 38.

PWInsider noted the following with regards to the contest that Becky Lynch took part in: “In a handicap tag team bout, Bianca Belair & Liv Morgan & Rhea Ripley defeated WWE Raw Women’s Champion Becky Lynch & WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Queen Zelina & Carmella & Doudrop.”

There were some initial worries that Becky may not be able to appear at WrestleMania, but these now appear to be alleviated with her recent appearance.

WWE will be desperate to make sure that there are no more injury issues ahead of WrestleMania, following Big E sustaining a broken neck on SmackDown.

It is not currently known if Becky will be wrestling on RAW ahead of WrestleMania in April. It’s likely that WWE will want to protect her ahead of the mega event itself.
