McMahon recently stepped down as the CEO of the company, although he will still be focusing on creative for the time being.
Vince will not return to the position until the end of an investigation by the WWE Board of Directors. Stephanie McMahon has stepped into the role in the interim.
Vince McMahon problems = Brock Lesnar return?
According to a recent report from Fightful Select, the return of Brock Lesnar was already in place before the McMahon story went public.
“For those asking if this was reactionary after the Vince McMahon investigation, we’re told that about three weeks ago plans were put in place for Lesnar’s return” Fightful revealed.
“This would have been well after the investigation started, but well before the story about it ran” the site would conclude.
