Darby Allin says he ‘really messed up’ his spine at ALL IN.

The young star is known for his daredevil style of wrestling and his disregard for any consequences of his big stunts.

This speciality of the former TNT champion was at full display during the latest AEW PPV from Wembley Stadium in London.

He teamed up with his mentor Sting to face Christian Cage and Swerve Strickland in a Coffin match at the show. The match was filled with many huge spots including Darby Allin delivering the coffin drop to Strickland on the top of an actual coffin.

Darby Allin is not 100% after AEW All In

The AEW star talked about his condition coming out of the PPV in an interview with CBS Chicago (H/t Fightful). He admitted that his lower back is really banged up thanks to the coffin spot:

“I’m not 100%. We had a show in London [All In], I really messed my spine up. I’m trying to take it easy before Sunday. My lower back is really banged up. At the show in Wembley, I jumped off the top rope and landed on a metal coffin on my lower spine.”

Despite the injury, Darby Allin is scheduled to compete at this Sunday’s All In PPV event from Chicago. He will challenge Luchasaurus for the TNT championship.
