A former WWE NXT Superstar will potentially be making her return to the company for the upcoming Women’s Tag Team Championship tournament.
According to a rumour/report from Xero News, Candice LeRae is being considered for the upcoming tournament, which was revealed this week on WWE SmackDown.
The Twitter account revealed: “Being told, Indi and Candice are a possible team for the upcoming Women’s Tag Tournament. And I mean they are in a perfect place on Monday for her to show up.”
WWE NXT Superstar Returning
LeRae has been out of the company for some time, leaving shortly after her husband Johnny Gargano saw his contract run down with the company.
Gargano himself is being touted by fans as someone that Triple H should bring back, especially as Karrion Kross and Dakota Kai have recently returned.
It’s worth noting that this rumour from Xero News is just that, a rumour, as we are unable to verify whether or not the report is legitimate.
Bringing back LeRae would be a great move for the Women’s division on the main roster, however, so we are hoping to see it.
