WWE RAW Champion Becky Lynch recently took to social media to react to the news that Ronda Rousey will be facing SmackDown Champion Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 38.
Lynch took to social media and wrote “smart choice, Ronnie. Go for the gazpacho,” with her former rival deciding against facing her at WrestleMania.
It is being reported that WWE is hoping to do the blowoff match between the two women at WrestleMania 39, with Rousey also finishing up her career with the company that night.
It is likely that Flair vs Rousey will be headlining Night 1 of WrestleMania 38 this year, meaning that Becky Lynch’s match will be pushed down the card. It is likely that this will be included in the storyline should they start to build in the next year towards a WrestleMania 39 match.
